Outdoor Group Running & Strength Work

Individual Monthly Consultation

One-hour sessions 2x/week that involve bodyweight strength training, high intensity interval training, drills, and 2-3 run/walk options in the nearby neighborhood. All routes are provided in advance, and route distance options range from 1.5 miles to 3.5 miles. Tuesday and Friday mornings at 6:30am. Participants choose their route according to their comfort and pace. In addition, participants receive weekly tips, access to Coach Kate for any topic requests/questions/advice, a customized program of suggested weekly workouts on this site, and other accountability and motivational tools. A great group for those returning to running after a hiatus or injury, or for beginners looking for accountability and motivation in a no-pressure situation. 17-week program to start in late August. Participants can choose from attending one session/week ($175) or two sessions/week ($300).


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please notify Coach Kate (kate@flashrunningwild.com) at least 24 hours in advance for in-person coaching services. Cancellations received less than 24 hours will not receive a refund. Cancellations for retreats - please see cancellation policy as listed under FRW Expeditions.
