Living the Five for Life

Putting my money where my mouth is in 2023 by documenting my attempted lifestyle transformations! I am generally pretty healthy - fitness (both functional and intentional) is no problem for me, I eat plenty of fruits and veggies, and I have definitely found my purpose. But like anyone else, there is room for improvement: eating less sweets and processed foods, diversifying my workouts to include more strength and balance work, and taking more time to relax, unwind, and let my mind wander. 

Thus my attempt to show you all that changes ARE doable, even if not easy. Check back at least once/week for my challenges, my successes, my tears and my celebrations. Because in the end, we are all in this together, and support, encouragement, and accountability are gifts that cost us nothing but mean everything.
