Kate will guide client in assessing current lifestyle habits, identifying areas for improvement, and crafting a detailed plan of action according to the five principles of the FRW Five for Life: Back-to-Basics Diet, Functional Fitness, Sleep & Stress Management, Embracing Your Social Circle, and Finding Your Purpose.
